Therefore Smith Flat strives to create a tailored scope of services for each project based on the specific needs of the customer while managing the construction cost. By doing so, our goal of offering a “one stop shop” with the support of our partners produces the best possible scenarios for our clients.

At Smith Flat Construction we offer the full gamut of services from pre-construction to civil engineering to plan interpretation and plan feasibility prior to construction.

It never hurts to have a second set of eyes. We are that second set of eyes for our clients. Our two primary goals are to be under budget and on time. The more inconsistencies we are able to flush out prior to construction, the smoother and more cost effective the project will be.

Remember, not only are we a General Contractor, but we also have company owned hotels, so our experience is two-fold; one as an owner and one as the contractor.
