• Coordinate design team and pro-actively review plans to eliminate discrepancies prior to construction
• Review construction materials and methods with client, designers and subcontractors to provide the best value and maintain architectural integrity
• Coordinate building permit process and utility company requirements
• Component and systems price comparisons for cost/benefit analysis
• Accurately forecast completion with critical path schedule
• Track plans through city permit/approval process to avoid costly delays in this phase
• Subcontractor bid analysis and recommendations for best value
• Lead pre-construction meeting with key team members to formulate the most efficient coordination of construction activities

Our Construction services include:
• Work in the owner’s best interest at all times and negotiate in good faith
• Quality control to ensure trouble-free building systems and minimal maintenance over the years
• Daily field reports to help us update our schedule and manage the project in an orderly fashion
• Injury and illness prevention programs will keep job-site safe for workers and others involved with the project
• Monitor contract, plan and specification conformance to meet Client expectations
• Submit product data in a timely manner allowing for adequate review and delivery lead times
• Enforce insurance requirements to protect Client investment
• All subcontractors’ general liability carriers shall name owner as additional insured
• Control costs effectively with the use of specialized software
• Monitor job cost reports and take corrective action if potential overruns are identified
• Process all invoices with internal systems that utilize a detailed schedule of values to guard against over-billings
• Utilization of state of the art computer systems and construction specific software to control your project including: Prolog Manager for contract administration, Excel and Timberline Precision for estimating, Capstone for accounting, Microsoft Project for critical path schedules, PerSpective for qualifying design-build specifications, Groupwise by Novell for e-mail and task management, Microsoft Word for document preparation, and T1 internet access for researching products
• Issue joint checks and require lien releases from all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure lien free title
• Weekly and as-needed project meetings to evaluate progress, quality, safety, and resolve issues
• Pro-active review of rolling three-week schedule prior to starting various activities to meet completion dates
• Payment and performance bonds available for approximately one point two-five (1.25%) percent of construction costs
